I know many of you have put up with my endless questions about how to know it's time for baby number 2.
But, right now I'm setting short term goals.. like make it through the week, day, or even hour.
That's why this week is a blog tribute to the top ten reasons I'm going to have grey hairs sprouting by Christmas.
Number 10- She's discovered the toilet handle flushes the toilet, and the toilet paper rolls unroll faster depending on how fast you spin them.
Number 9- I get to hold Charlotte 10 minutes per finger she smashes in the cupboards.
Number 8- The caps come off the old rusted doorstoppers behind the bathroom door.
Number 7- To heck with that, if you pull hard enough you can get the whole stinking rusted doorstopper off and in your mouth before I can catch her.
Number 6- If she shoves her hand under the couch cushions she finds "treasure".
Number 5-How in the blazes did I just get pink eye?
Number 4-Changing diapers has become more aerobically challenging that any other daily activity.
Number 3-Her new mode of transportation includes me doing partial toe touches so she can hold my fingers.
Number 2-The neighbor watching Charlotte pages me 1/2 way through my meeting to "come get Charlie" and she's been crying the whole hour.
and the Number 1 reason is.. Did I mention all these things have happened in a week?!

That's our girl. She definitely rules the roost over there.
What a week, but she sure is cute!
Hi Kelsey! Your blog is so fun to read. I'm so glad I can easily catch up with your family now. Don't worry, you won't have grey hairs by Christmas. You'll get those with your third child. I just noticed a whole patch of them in my hair. Yikes!
Luckily its not like that forever. Otherwise we would all be "only" children with no siblings. And she's cute enough to make up for anything. :)
LOVE IT! and i have grey hair for reals due to all the above times 3.
Charlie did THAT? She comes by these antics honestly, you know. And if child #2 is more mellow, you can count on Charlie to teach her (him?) everything she knows. At least, that's how it happened around here...
Love your blog, Kelsey!
