It's beginning to feel a lot like both. We had a horrendous wind storm, which was REALLY fun to watch from the comforts of my bed, which broke the trees outside the house, and brought almost all the leaves down. It must have gotten us in the holiday spirit because we FINALLY are sending out Christmas cards, I know I had to check our foreheads too.. do we feel ok?? and here's one of our favorites that a fabulous friend took of us.
I don't know why there's always someone destined to be crying, or snot nosed, or blinking, but we luckily still got some good ones. This one is Charlotte crying so we had to break out ... " The Secret Weapon" aka- the hippo.
Also, we went and toured Disneyworld while at a conference in Orlando with Adam. Talk about not feeling like Christmas, it was like 80 degrees! We had a blast, and my poor grandparents- that being Charlotte's Great Grandparents- decided to have us over for the night at their mission apartment on a cattle ranch in the middle of Florida. This was the first night that Charlotte hadn't slept in a crib since she could roll. Between my grandma and I driving for an hour in the car up and down the farm roads in search of alligators, and a couple zzz's from the back seat. It was wonderful to spend time with My Grandparents on the last week of their mission, and they were wonderful to put up with us until Charlotte finally crashed from exhaustion, and hoarse vocal cords on the floor at 3:45 am. We love you Grandma and Grandpa McDonald!!

Oh Charlie, we love you. Come see your favorite aunt.
Charlotte has gotten so big and cute. I'm sorry to say but when you have good genes like that you'll have to have about ten kids. we love you guys! I would have commented on your older posts but some of us couldn't figure it out until we got lessons from sam.
Kelsey and Adam,
We got your card, it is very cute. Thanks for sending it. It was good to know what you are up to. Have a good holiday season.
